This two-day conference for non-profit managers and clergy will provide information intended to help develop a clearer understanding of basic economic principles, and offer insights on how the economy influences the lives of the people you serve and the community surrounding your organization. Our experienced presenters are award winning economists who will discuss such topics as why some nations are rich and others are poor, along with the purpose of the Federal Reserve and much more. The seminar features engaging presentations, “hands on” activities, simulations, and discussions.
Registration cost is $25.00 and includes beverages, continental breakfast and lunch. This workshop will be led by Mark C. Schug, Ph.d. University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Scott Niederjohn, Ph.d. Lakeland College - Sheboygan.
