Stock Market Simulation Teacher Training Workshops
Besides offering the game, we hold 2 workshops per school calendar year. Our workshops on the Stock Market Simulation focus on learning the basics of stocks, bonds, and mutual funds as well as running through the basic functions of the interface.
Our workshop goes well beyond learning about the Simulation. You will learn the simple strategies to pass onto your students for building wealth over the long term and also learn how to help your students develop the real like skills they need to succeed – to be able to think and choose responsibly as consumers, savers, investors, citizens, members of the workforce and effective participants in a global economy.
The National Council on Economic Education has curricula – Learning Earning and Investing, that you will receive FREE for attending. Our presenter will show you how to apply lessons from the curricula to your classroom. All lessons have been classroom-tested and reviewed by teachers, economic educators and economists.
